Race2Work is an innovative new service which helps individuals from the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities back into sustainable employment. The initiative is developed by BME focused Voluntary Sector organisations, working in partnership with BME Network. Race2Work has successfully delivered employment training and job opportunities to unemployed people for working in partnership with Job Centre Plus and Middlesbrough Council to assist unemployed Individuals from Black & Minority Ethnic Communities back into sustainable employment. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our customers get the advice, training and opportunities that they need to change their circumstances.
